Custom & white-label
Branding on acacia pieces and custom gift packaging is available on large programmes only, produced to order at the factory. Lead time is 60–90 days from artwork approval, so Ramadan and year-end programmes need early commitment. Tell us the quantity and deadline and we confirm feasibility before quoting.
Common questions

How does it work? Send the enquiry; we reply within a business day with the line sheet and prices; you confirm; we invoice; payment received, dispatch in 3–5 days. Re-orders by email or WhatsApp.

Can I mix products to reach a tier? Yes — any combination counts toward the order value, 6 units minimum per SKU.

Do you hold stock for repeat orders? Yes. For accounts with a predictable run rate we reserve stock against a forecast.

Can I see samples? Buy sample units at retail on the site, or at trade price against a confirmed opening order.

Do you deliver outside the UAE? Not at present.
