At Baytwood, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and securely across the United Arab Emirates and selected GCC countries. Please read our Shipping Policy below for full details regarding delivery locations, timelines, fees, and important delivery information.
Shipping Locations
Baytwood currently delivers to the following countries:
- United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Bahrain
- Qatar
- Oman
Shipping Fees
We offer the following delivery options:
United Arab Emirates (UAE)
- Free UAE Delivery on orders over AED 149
- UAE Delivery for AED 25 on orders under AED 149
Bahrain, Qatar & Oman
- GCC Delivery for AED 45 flat rate, regardless of order value
All delivery charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE only.
- COD orders include an additional AED 10 service fee.
- For UAE COD orders under AED 149, the total delivery charge is AED 35. This includes the AED 25 UAE delivery fee plus the AED 10 COD service fee.
- For UAE COD orders over AED 149, UAE delivery is free, but the AED 10 COD service fee still applies.
- COD is not currently available for Bahrain, Qatar, or Oman.
- Full payment must be made at the time of delivery.
If a COD order is refused or not accepted upon delivery, Baytwood reserves the right to restrict future COD orders for that customer.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Please note:
- Orders are not processed or shipped on UAE public holidays.
- Processing times may be extended during sales, promotions, or high-demand periods.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details and tracking information, where available.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- UAE: 1–3 business days, depending on your location
- Bahrain, Qatar & Oman: delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and courier availability
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions, customer availability, or other external factors beyond our control.
Delivery Delays
Baytwood is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
- Customer unavailability at delivery time
- Customs, regulatory, or cross-border processing delays
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the UAE, including Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman, additional customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in Baytwood’s product prices or delivery fees unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, or deemed undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information, Baytwood is not responsible. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged Items During Delivery
We take great care in packaging all products to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a damage claim, please email us at contact@baytwood.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the internal packaging materials
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us immediately.
Baytwood is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout.
Returns & Delivery Fees
Delivery fees and COD service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a wrong item shipped or a confirmed damaged item.
Returns are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
