Our store is powered by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”), which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services, together with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Section 1 – Eligibility and Account

By using the Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction; or
• You are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

To place an order, you may be required to provide personal information including your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, and payment details.

You agree that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

Section 2 – Products

Baytwood offers lifestyle and home-related products as displayed on the Site.

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately. However:

• Colors may vary depending on your screen or device.
• Product appearance may slightly differ from images shown.
• All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• We may limit quantities per customer or per order.

All products are subject to availability.

Section 3 – Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order is considered accepted only once:

• Payment has been successfully processed, or confirmed for Cash on Delivery where available; and
• You receive an order confirmation email.

We may cancel or modify an order if there are:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Stock availability issues
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Operational limitations

Products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold without our written consent.

Section 4 – Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise stated.

Prices do not include delivery fees, Cash on Delivery service fees, customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges unless clearly stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• The information submitted is accurate and complete.
• You will pay all charges incurred, including delivery fees, service fees, customs duties, taxes, and applicable charges.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Baytwood currently delivers to the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman.

Delivery fees, delivery timelines, and conditions are outlined in our Shipping Policy available on the Site.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

UAE orders may qualify for free UAE delivery based on the order value shown in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

Orders to Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman are charged a flat GCC delivery rate as shown at checkout, regardless of order value.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers or courier service disruptions
• Customs, regulatory, or cross-border processing
• Incorrect or incomplete address information
• Weather conditions
• Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier or courier.

Section 6 – Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a damage claim, you must provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the shipping box
• Photos of the internal packaging

Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may be declined.

Minor variations in color, texture, or small manufacturing differences do not qualify as defects.

Approved claims may result in a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and the circumstances of the claim.

Section 7 – Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within the UAE only.

If COD is selected:

• An additional AED 10 COD service fee applies.
• For UAE COD orders under AED 199, the total delivery charge is AED 35. This includes the AED 25 UAE delivery fee plus the AED 10 COD service fee.
• For UAE COD orders over AED 199, UAE delivery is free, but the AED 10 COD service fee still applies.
• Payment must be made in full at delivery.
• Someone must be available to receive and pay for the order.

COD is not currently available for Bahrain, Qatar, or Oman.

Refusal of COD orders or repeated failed delivery attempts may result in order cancellation and restriction of future COD eligibility.

Section 8 – Customs, Duties and Taxes

For deliveries outside the UAE, including Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman, additional customs duties, taxes, import fees, or clearance charges may apply depending on the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in Baytwood’s product prices or delivery fees unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Section 9 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, branding, images, graphics, product descriptions, designs, text, and layout, is owned by or licensed to Baytwood and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Section 10 – Third-Party Tools and Links

The Site may contain third-party tools or links provided for convenience.

These are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Baytwood is not responsible for third-party websites, services, or content accessed through our Site.

Section 11 – Relationship with Shopify

Baytwood’s store is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and transactions are conducted directly between you and Baytwood.

Shopify is not responsible for the products sold, order fulfillment, delivery, returns, refunds, or customer service.

Section 12 – Privacy Policy

All personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy available on our website.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process personal information to operate and improve the Services.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

Section 13 – Errors and Inaccuracies

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel or modify orders if necessary.

Section 14 – Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services:

• To interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site

Violation may result in termination of access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baytwood shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased through the Site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

Section 17 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baytwood, Shopify, and their affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:
